I’m Kristina Joy, forgiven daughter of Jesus, mom, and coach. For years, I tried to break free from my own infidelity through sheer willpower, "doing more," and striving to be better. I read my Bible more. I tried to behave my way into freedom. None of it worked.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix myself and allowed Jesus to meet me in the deeper places like my pain, my patterns, my unmet needs. Through prayer, research, embodied healing practices, and new rhythms of truth and grace, I discovered real freedom. Not just from the affair, but from shame, secrecy, and self-abandonment.
On this podcast, you’ll find:

One of the biggest lessons I learned after confessing my affair and beginning my healing journey was that God wasn't interested in an agenda. He was not in a hurry for me to heal. He was after my heart, and He wanted me to slow down enough to hear Him.
So what did I do while 3 kids were in school and the baby was napping? I sat at my kitchen table and opened my Bible. I didn't have a plan to follow. I just listened for what He had been highlighting to me, and I looked for it in His Word.
And He spoke to me in His Word. And sister- He wants to speak to you too. Let's dig in!

Friend, I am so grateful Jesus was a human just like us. That means I can study Scripture to see what He did, and I want to do that too!
One thing Jesus did was have regular times of REST. He got alone. He prayed. He listened. He enjoyed God's presense, on purpose.
